Your tyres transmit all of the cars driving, steering and braking force to the road surface through four contact areas, on all types of surfaced and varying weather conditions.

After driving style, two important factors in determining useful tyre life and safety are tyre pressures and tread depth. Surveys in both Australia and overseas found that around 80% of passenger car tyres were with some degree under-inflated. Under-inflation even by a small amount can considerably increase fuel consumption and over a period of time cause increased and uneven tread wear.
